I''d like to thank gamedev.net for all their great articles, resources, and well populated forums. They''ve been an invaluable asset in my game development career. I wanted to know if there''s any way I could possibly buy a cd (or library of cd''s) or download all of gamedev.net''s hosted articles in one archive. There''s such a wealth of information in those articles that I''d like to have a personal cache/backup of. I''d gladly pay for such a service, maybe this could be a new way to bring in revenue? It''d also be nice if forum, news, and some hosted sites (like wotsits) could be included in the distributable archive. All in all it would actually be quite similar to what NeHe does, selling his cd''s. You could even sell monthly updates of the newest news, forums, and articles. So how ''bout it? Even if you dont decide to do this mainstream, is it still possible I could pay you for this special request?

Well, if not, there's always wget.
Chess is played by three people. Two people play the game; the third provides moral support for the pawns. The object of the game is to kill your opponent by flinging captured pieces at his head. Since the only piece that can be killed is a pawn, the two armies agree to meet in a pawn-infested area (or even a pawn shop) and kill as many pawns as possible in the crossfire. If the game goes on for an hour, one player may legally attempt to gouge out the other

We don't own the articles. So we couldn't put together a CD for sale without permission from every author.. which would take a lottt of time.
