Let's assume that I just finished making a "state of the art game engine" in c++, now i wanted to host it in Java. :P The "state of the art game engine" currently is an windows executable because it wasn't designed to be put together with Java in the first place, so, the exe file got an windows entry point, message loop and a wndproc callback thingy. Now, I wanted to host the engine(also a rendering window) and the main loop in Java. How do I do that with swig? will changing the message loop into something like DoEvents() then keep calling DoEvents() in the main loop in Java work? but the Java VM got it's own message loop....hmm....thanks swig is here http://www.swig.org/
