install shield version check

Does anyone know how to disable the install shield version check. It won''t let me install older games on win2k. It always says I was running NT4.

There is a tool for that - it''s located in the \support directory on the Win2K CD-ROM - something like apcompat.exe. While that may get the installation to work it doesn''t mean the game will, though.

And I must say it''s nice to see a few Austrians around here
