HTML and CSS desperation.

Troubled layout Why are linebreaks being added after the sidebar on the left in IE when they are not in the HTML, or CSS? And why are linebreaks being added after AND before on the sidebar in firefox? There is no way to debug this, it's just trial and error... and error... and error.
