nunit.org NUnit is based off of the XUnit system, and is useful for .Net languages. It's really cool, I think everyone should check it out. It's got a lot of nice little features, and once again shows that .Net is quickly outpacing Java. The use of Attributes is a nice feature, though I do miss the IDE integration between JUnit and Eclipse. Feel free to post any other tools that you like to use in your developement (sans text editors, have had too many threads about that).

In the same vein, check out NDoc if you haven't jumped on the bandwagon already. You can make your documentation look just like MSDNs, or anything else you care to mimic. Go XML!

TortoiseSVN, a Subversion client integrated with Explorer. The integration and ability to create repositories without a server is really handy for personal projects.

Oh and in case you don't know what Subversion is, it's a source control system similar to CVS.

Sweetness! Though it does not appear to be AS integrated as JUnit is with Eclipse, this should be fine.

That's just on the current application I'm working on for palm OS. I use python, pygame, and emacs for anything else.
