VB .NET Global components

Hiya! Trying to brush up on some olde VB skills. Went over to .net and was wondering how I can make for example a global winsock control. Need it to be accessible from all of my forms. Thanks in advance.

I would not use the winsock control from the older APIs, have a look at the TCPlistener, and TCPClient Classes in the System.Net.Sockets namespace.

Have a look at the 101 samples on the MSDN Site, there is an example program in there that has the Main socket system in the main form and it is called from other classes..
