Question about window position

I just downloaded the gimp but when i run it the window opens with the menu bar above the top of my screen. Anyone know how to bring it back down?

Alt-Tab to it.
Hit Alt+Space.
Press "m".
Press any of the cursor keys.
Move the mouse, then click to set the position.

For some reason that did not budge the window but i figured it out. I moved the position of my second moniter up and extended the side of the gimp window onto that moniter so i could see the top. Thanx tho!
