How to Compile the source code please help me

Hi all i have a problen when i compile the source code (http://download.nvidia.com/developer/SDK/Individual_Samples/DEMOS/OpenGL/cg_scotopic.zip)using C++ and OpenGl, CG. please help me to complie it. if you sucess, let me know how to do ! thank you!
