I am making an opengl board game, and for it I made an options dialog box to change the colours of the pieces in the game. I have the buttons, they work, and I can change the colours with it, but I want to make the buttons the chosen colour. Any ideas on how to change to colours of the buttons? I think it has something to do with the message WM_PAINT, but I have had no success. Please help me!
Chess is played by three people. Two people play the game; the third provides moral support for the pawns. The object of the game is to kill your opponent by flinging captured pieces at his head. Since the only piece that can be killed is a pawn, the two armies agree to meet in a pawn-infested area (or even a pawn shop) and kill as many pawns as possible in the crossfire. If the game goes on for an hour, one player may legally attempt to gouge out the other player's eyes with his King.
Help me! I have 30 seconds before I have to go! Please!!!!!

Someone must know! Don''t be lazy! Tell me!!! Ahhhhh!

Darn. Now I must wait 25.2 hours to see who responds. Thanks alot, guys.

try WM_CTLCOLORBTN - return a handle to a brush of the desired color.
there are other CTLCOLOR messages, others may be more suited. check msdn lib.
