I'm using DirectX 9 and MSVC++6.0, my problem is that I get multiple errors when I try to #include dsound.h. I've linked correctly to dsound.lib and notified the compiler to use multithreaded libraries, to no avail! My errors occur at lines 305 and 306 where my project doesn't understand the DWORD_PTR storage class. I'm sure this can be easily solved by linking to a certain library or including a header file that defines this storage class but which file do I have to include?

before dsound, also include ? Not sure here... It looks like a typedef that's declared in there.
