opening C program command prompt full screen

Hi, I have a simple program in C# and all i want to do is have it open in full screen mode when in command prompt. I dont mean changing command prompts properties so it does it on my computer. but if a friend were to open it on his computer, the program in command prompt would automatically open in full screen mode. is there a simple way to do this?
