I'm pretty good at programming and making graphics but can anyone suggest a program that can make 3D graphics?

Software to make models? If you (like me) don't have lots of money to burn, I'd suggest Blender 3D.
But beware, 3D modelling takes a lot of time and effort compared to 2D graphics. If you just want to get on with making your blockbuster game, you should may be search the net for free models or post in the Help Wanted forum here.
