Simple. Find out "Thinking in C++" by Bruce Eckel on the web - it is a free download and it is by far the best book IMHO.

-If you've got enough money, buying a book is a good way to learn c++. You can check out some good c++ books in the books section of GameDev.net. Also, if there are some good programming books at a nearby library, you can always borrow a book from there first to see if you can understand it well before buying it from a book store.
-There are also tons of free online tutorials, such as Thinking in C++, and Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days e-book (its only the second edition, but its free) at http://newdata.box.sk/bx/c/index.htm.
-If you know anyone who has experience with c++ and you are ever stuck on a topic, it is a good idea to ask them about it, it can really help you.
-And of course, use the GameDev.net forums when necessary.
Hope I helped, and good luck.

A book is the best way, sometimes even better than a class in my experience.
