How to automatically generate Poser like face texture?

Hi, Is there some code refs for generating poser-like face texture? For example, I take my face photo, cut the face region and use the code to generate a face texture, then I can use Poser to model myself. I don't want to use photoshop to generate the face texture manaully. And the colors are different. Thanks.
