An odd question.

This may sound stupid, or horribly ignorant, but I''m dying to know: If I lived in Germany purchased MSVC++, would my for''s and while''s and if''s be replaced with the German equivalents? Moreover, how about in Japan? Do they still use their native alphabet or do they suck it up and use the ''normal'' alphabet (I say normal because I am not sure of what our alphabet is called...Roman?)

A coworker who''s done quite a bit of business traveling tells me that no matter where you go, the code page would be US. So you''d be able to read the code someone wrote in India, Taiwan, or Italy. But he says the comments would be native.

Weird, huh? If this is right, then it means coders need to learn language keywords that likely mean absolutely nothing in their native language.

Whoa, now THAT''D be confusing, if C++ were translated to other languages. Fear not, I have a German version of Visual Studio 6 and the keywords are the same. The helpfiles always sound very dodgy though, as most technical terms can''t be translated properly, or they sound plain stupid.

I actually wanted to take it away but the profile editing page won''t work.

It''s just an addition to the From: field
