2D Map Editor

Hey guys I remember one time when some guy posted a link to a map editor on sourceforge which seemed to work with any type of map format (Tile Based, etc.) and it was highly modifiable, I'd like to know if you guys could give me the link to that site/map editor once more, thanks.

Thanks but I'm afraid not thanks though, man and it was nice too, someone, please list any 2D editors you know, please, I'd really like to use it.
