how can i make my program to always be up? above all the windows? so it doesnt matter if ppl focus on internet explorer or somthing they will always see my program?? thanks in advance

How do you create the window? If you're using Win32, you can use:
SetWindowPos(hWnd, HWND_TOPMOST, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOSIZE | SWP_NOMOVE);
