Somewhere in that mess I think I see a question about trademarks, not copyright.
But who can tell.

Your comment is rude, immature, and this is an English forum not a Japanese forum.

To the OP:

1. Your post lacks grammer and context making it hard to understand. You should try to be more discriptive when posting.
2. I think what you are asking about is covered by fair use but
3. You should contact a lawer.

I agree, but technically he did not say 'ばか'.

Thats like saying 'sushi' doesnt mean the same thing as 'すし'. The script used does not change the meaning of a word.

Yes, but 'baka' or 'sushi' are romanized words with internationally-recognized meanings, so they are not completely out of place in an English forum, unlike their kana equivalents.

Your right. I see your point now.

If OP would have a real world problem, he might get longer answer.
If we will consider about what he asked, it was even polite answer. I think answers type "Yes sky is blue.", or "Try to reformulate your question, from what you wrote it looks like your brain is overheating from too much thinking." would be MUCH more rude.

I somehow doubt the acronym for quick fix engineering helped him more. ~_^

BTW It's nice thread drift about Japanesse words transfered into common daily usage.

Not to derail the thread further, mike, but that is "you're" not "your".

OP: Could you please rephrase your query? It breaks my parser.
