I know this site is mainly for game development and concerned with application programming like C/C++/Java+/Python, etc. etc. but the forum also has a Web Development section, and I have noticed that there are quite a few users intrested in that field. I have already written few tutorials on HTML/CSS, &#106avascript/Ajax, and PHP/MySQL, and am willing to write more for GameDev.net. The problem is that I did not find any section under <a href="http://www.gamedev.net/reference/">Articles and Resources</a> to accomodate for any such tutorials, which is why I made this thread. If I do submit some tutorials in this field, is it likely for a new section to made (or to squeeze 'em in some other section, although I can't find one suitable for it)?

We're not going to publish them unless there's some application towards gaming. If it's just straight-up web programming, then there are plenty of other sites/resources people can turn to dedicated to such topics. While the Web Dev forum does discuss such topics, the main purpose of it is for use in conjunction with (for example) Flash and Shockwave to create games.
