Just a word of warning, you're going to get a bunch of people pointing to you and saying "Not pay!"

What you're offering is % of potential profit earned. This is a standard practice with 95% of indie games and isn't considered pay. So i'd:

a) follow the mandatory posting template
b) change the pay to: % of profits (exact %tbd)
c) spell "paid" right in your thread title
d) and focus more on expanding on your ideas in your post.

With that said, best of luck on your project.

i would just take 'paid' out of the title altogether. it is misleading, and so many around here think it'll attract more people because 'pay' is involved. but possible revenue from a game project that is completed is not truly 'pay'.
you might want to give more info on the game itself too, even if it is experiemental you hopefully have something about it that you could tell.
hopefully this isn't interpreted as flaming, the mods around here seem to be a little more sensitive recently.
