Nope. It's a freeware, and portable, as can be installed and run from your USB thumb drive, and that is the most important thing for me right now.

the cool thing about this freeware is that it's awesome, as in measuring amount of time you take to do each task, etc. etc.

Check out Todo 2.0

I am currently working on Todo 3.0, which should be much nicer. Todo 2.0 currently requires to be installed, but I can easily send you a pre-beta of Todo 3.0 that won't require an install, and should be able to run off a Thumb drive.

How about ThinkingRock? It's a doozy of a todo list with quite a nice workflow. Check out the demos. It's written in Java for portability, and the first item in the FAQ is how to use it on a memory stick.

finally... To Do List by AbstractSpoon.com

Phew...... my favourite open source, free, portable to do list program. 3 years in the making, no wonder it's pretty much awesome.

Other than checkbook register, I can't think of an easier piece of functional software one could write (no, "Hello World" is not functional).

I use google docs nowadays, thought that does of course require internet access...
