John Bolton Comics. After looking at the link posted at the link above, I forget how nice the realism of comics are. And how much I miss them. It's also amazing how those artists get their portraits (is that the right technical term?) to look photorealistic. Does anyone else here draw (now or used to) in that style? I've watched so much anime that I forgot about how appealing to the eye such art is. Yea, for DC Comics. (But I know they're not the only ones who do such art.)

Photoreference and heavy black spotting styles have limitations, or at least I find them less inspiring. Actually I probably shouldn't even comment, this is probably supposed to be a game art forum, there is a category for non game related things.
