Team name : Scarlet Gaming - Registered Company Project name : Project Life Blood Brief description : These are small games that I need a programmer to bring to life. These games are adventure games and board games. They have their own set of rules. The games that these games could in with are like those on msn games and similar sites. Our company’s primary goal with this project is to fund Project Crimson. We need to take the financial strain off of our retail business so that it does not have to fund Project Crimson. The timeframe for these games are roughly 1 week to a month for each game depending on our programmers experience. The games are simple in design and are meant for someone to download and play. For most of the games there is no need for storyline because they areboard games. Target aim : Retail - Breif trial version of a game given for free. Pay to download for full version. Compensation : Negotiable pay If you would like you can have asplit from the download payments for these games. Technology : Whatever you have on your computer to program with. Though I would prefer it in C++ if at all possible since I know a few things in C++. Talent needed : I only need a programmer. I have the art and music needed. Team structure : Myself and whoever joins this particular project. Website : We have a website but we have left it in an offline like state for the time being. Contacts : My Info Email me MSN - CWRnBWD@msn.com (Make sure you tell me who you are, otherwise I won't accept the invitation) Yahoo, AOL, and ICQ available if needed but I use MSN every day. I will also check my PMs with these forums so you can contact me that way as well. Previous Work by Team : 'None' that I care to mention Additional Info : You must be willing to sign a Confidentiality/Unfair Competition Contract and you must be willing to sign a Payment Contract. Feedback : Joining (only post if people are interested in joining)

This sounds like a dream come true for me! I am 18 years old and have been experimenting with programming for at least 2 years. I am familiar with c++ syntax, although I am still getting used to OOP style programming.

I supplemented this with DirectX, and have even managed to program a small engine from scratch! I am currently developing a more advanced 3D engine that will include more commercial-like features. I am completely self taught, but plan on attending college for game programming.

If you are interested in my services, you can reply to this, or you can e-mail me at noveggie@merr.com. Please allow me one week to respond. I would be happy to show you some screenshots or small demos from my engine. Thank you!

Hi,

I'm 22 years old and at the moment I'm studying Bachelor's degree in information technology/programming. This looks like an interesting project to participate.

I have programming experience with C/C++ for 5 years and I have also used DirectX API and OpenAL (sound interface) in some games which I have programmed. I'm also familiar with Java(SE/ME), so the games can also be ported to mobile devices if needed..

Some old programming projects which I have done can be seen in http://www.tp.spt.fi/~viasmuur/

If you are interested, PM or reply.

Thanks,
VM

I could be interested. I am a freelance developer who's worked in the game and non-game industries; currently I am working as lead on a browser-based MMO and in the past I have done a lot of work with DirectX, C++, Java.

I'd love to know more about the kind of games... 2D or 3D for instance, Windows or cross-platform,... can you PM me and tell me your ball-park area for payments?

Can I ask why you want these games to be downloadable, not done as browser games? That sounds perfect for the type of game you describe.

Also anyone else interested can still PM, email, or reply to the topic. We will wait to select people for about a week before we select anyone so that can give everyone a fair chance.
