Hey, I'm trying to make my way into shaders, but I'm having some problems with glew. I'm working on a Mac, in XCode, and installed glew through darwin ports. I import the library into my project and include glew.h, no problems. However, when I try to call glewInit() the debugger pops up and it shows me some asm code in glGetString... Any idea of what could be wrong? Thanks!

Hi! I don't know why glew isn't working for you, but let me ask you why you're using it? Mac OS X comes with the latest OpenGL version afaik, which includes shader support.

Well, I might want to run my experiences on some other computer ;)

That typically indicates that you tried to call glewInit() *before* you have a valid OpenGL context.
