Development Studio Name?

First, I'd try to get the dot-com website without the extension. You'll have more options if you own that, including going without any suffix word at all (i.e. just "Sheep&Dog"). That's what I'm planning with my site - not "X Games" or "X Production", just "X".

If you need an extension word, for an indie like me or you I like "studios". It sounds like a compact, dedicated creative group. You'd also be able to branch out into closely related fields with a "studios" name, as it works for web designers, creative writers, board game design houses, comic book makers, etc.

"Productions" is okay too, but I find it sounds a bit filmic or arty. It works if you're after story based or art style games, but maybe less so if your games are more functional. It's not quite as versatile as "studios", at least to me.
