Shoot the horde of aliens that are taking over earth, with this fast paced shooter.

http://vimeo.com/4100489 Controls: Z -> Shoot X -> Special Directionals -> Move To use the special you need the blue bar all filled. Fill it killing aliens. This is just a prototype, one level, no bosses, no ending, but still fun, i hope :) oh, the aliens and the ship are placeholder ( r-type ;) ) id like to hear opinions and also if it lagged for you in any moment. the game was made with a pretty much modified version of HGE (hge.relishgames.com) thanks! you might need to download: . Your youtube link gives me: "The URL contained a malformed video ID."

I found your video via a search and watched it - looks lovely, loads of bullets and great explosions, but I'd say the main space craft sprite is very difficult to see, particularly when it is over the planet in the background. The player's sprite should be bold and very visible, otherwise the player might lose track amongst all the bullets and aliens, especially since the main sprite looks quite similar to all the aliens! You do say the graphics are placeholder graphics, but it's something to bear in mind with such a busy playfield.

thanks i fixed it.

yes i think i got the wrong sprite (i think it was an enemy sprite), ill try with differents ones, even for the placeholder maybe ti wasnt the best choice

You may have fixed the text, but not the link itself. You'll need to append an extra 'g'.

I have fixed it, and put a new video online.. it contains some spoilers, as its about using the special gun in an unlimited way

anyway, i think the video quality on this one is a little better, also i changed the background, and removed the bloom on this video according to some feedback i had.
