I've been with Yahoo! Website Services since back when they were still Simplenet, when they would give you whatever.simplenet.com, with unlimited space and unlimited transfer, for $10 a month. Times have changed now, though, but the prices are still good. I get 100MB of space, 15GB of transfer, 10 email addresses, unlim. email address forwarding, and they pay the domain reg fee, for $15 setup and $15 a month. :-D
