Additional Info: How long will the project last? We've set a hopeful 10 month release schedule. How many programmers are on the team? 1 currently. We are planning on splitting the programming load into sub-sections such as: gameplay, UI, and skills (gameplay may be broken down further). If an applicant is able to take on more than one of these roles at a time and still meet the project deadline, then that is always a plus. How many artists are on the team? There is a composer, character artist, animator, environmental artist, and special effects artist. Roles such as GUI, icons, and other assets are also covered by these artists. Sounds like a big project! Why should I dedicate the time to it? This is the most important question, and one we can answer in confidence. As you can see from our art and presentation, we are a group focused on high production quality gaming. If you know games and marketing, you're aware this style and quality can basically sell itself among anime fans (and there are a lot of us). We're also not looking for anything too fancy with the code, and the game design is flexible. If you're a talented programmer and looking for a great opportunity to get your first commercial game under your belt, or want to be part of something that will expand into a more regular position with almost guaranteed ROI, then this is the rare opportunity for you. Most importantly: we are not a "It'll be done when it's done" hobby project. This is a project that is being funded out of pocket by an individual who is set on turning this company into a career for many people. Our ultimate goal, besides making fun and immersive games, is to find talented, like-minded individuals and allow them to grow with our company. Screenshots
