A co-worker of mine introduced 4 other workers including myself to a board game: pandemic. It's a cooperative game and we were trying to build team spirit by beating the game. Then I went researching and found tons of other board games: There's a board game for Starcraft, world of warcraft, warcraft, lord of the rings.... And they have 5 star reviews on Amazon and people love them. Just wanted to share since I never imagined there's so many great board games with the same computer game titles. If you like cooperative board games, try the old "Lord of the Rings" game.

you should try this game called "dominion." Its really fun and easy and quick (30-45 minutes). Great stuff.

Also, Stratego. Classic.

There are loads of board games now.

The Boardgame Geek is a great source.

Gateway games (on the 'geek) lists a lot of those that are considered great to start with.
