Funded prototype project looking for developers

Team name: konstruktGames I have a one man business, after the prototype phase a limited will be incorporated. Others on the team have their own businesses too. Project name: Shadow Dominion Gameplay Prototype Brief description: Shadow Dominion is a multiplayer tactical role playing game set in a gritty future, with strong focus on non-combat skills. The goal is to dominate a city map with a gang of characters. The gameplay is "slow realtime", which means a character's action needs up to 1 minute to complete. The project has just started, allthough preceding game design was written and government sponsorship for prototype creation was secured. Our plan is to release test versions from early on using iterative prototyping. Target aim: Free 2 Play (microtransactions) Compensation: € 15 / hour or profit shares. Technology: Flash + Smartfox Server (Java based socket server) Talent needed: * Flash developer - Responsible for client programming (mostly UI) - Experienced with flash framework - Good OO skills - UI design skills Since we are located in Vienna / Autria, we are looking for developers in Europe, ideally near to Vienna (within Austria or Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, ...) so that we can meet in person from time to time.
