Help Documentation For C# Applications

Can anyone provide opinion on good free help file building toolsets? I would like to do something similar (though not as vast) as the visual studio documentation. Thanks,

Sandcastle

Along with either:
Sandcastle Help File Builder
or:
DocProject

and maybe:
Extra Sandcastle styles
Sandcastle Extensions

Thanks alot. In addition, i would also like to include articles and how-tos in the documentation, is it possible with the suggestions you have made?
