Team Name - Truly's teams
Project Name - War Game(needs name still)
Brief Description - I am wanting to make a fun war game that can be easily modified to allow max input from its users. I am tried of games that promise to listen but in the end only do what is going to make them the most money. I am not in this for the money but for the joy. To show that I am interested I have taken what know to program so far and made a basic start, but I believe I have much more to learn.
Self Background - I am 23 from NW Indiana. I am disabled and thus have much free time. I have no formal training in web design outside of 1 year in high school of web design over 5 years ago. Much of my knowledge is lost and or no longer current to the new standards of coding. From that point I am self taught through w3schools information in html, php and mysql. I am in the process of trying to learn css and more advance scripting.
Target Aim - Target is to make a fun, ever changing game that is text based with limited graphics. If I ever find a graphic designer able and willing to assist I might add more in, but for the time being a picture here and there is enough for me. Target is not to make money, but to make an enjoy able game that at least can break even hosting wise.
Compensation - None what so ever! If I ever think about trying to turn a small profit, I am more the willing to share with those that have made helpful input to the game core. (this is intended to be non for profit)
Technology - HTML - PHP - MYSQL - Limited Java - No graphics needed, unless your trying to only fill that void.
Talent Needed - Someone who knows lots of above and way more then myself, I am self taught coder and need a little help turning my "baby" code into "adult" code

Website - My Very basic game so far. While the game it self works, I have not coded the cron job in yet I don't think its fair for me to program an hourly job when no one uses it, but everything else should work just fine. Also a small added note that I know the game is unbalanced, I was more worried about coding then balancing. (small addition to add, I have started to code the game directly into php fusion to allow for a better flowing game. That and it saved me a ton of time)

I do have msn but am not on often. However, if that is a way you would like to communicate I can be on it 24/7 again. I do prefer a type of live chat to email. I also have my own team speak 3 server so instead of typing can communicate live.
Previous Work by Team - This will be my first real project that will take time to make
Additional Info - This game is very much still in basic design. I am not at this time looking for a full time help, but more of a mentor that maybe can send me in the right direction as I learn pretty fast. But at the same time if you wish to help more then just trying to help me fix a error, or making the script more secure, I won't turn you down either. Just please understand that at this time, I am not expecting to make money, now nor anytime soon.
Feedback - Please leave any feed back you might find helpful. For example sites that provide small area's of scripts for examples. Or if you wish to help out contact me here or email. If you wish to see some of my coding to understand what I mean by "baby" code just ask and I will send out a splatter or 2 of my lines of code.
