Are you fluent in C++?
How about C#?
Or even Lua??

Well then listen up!

I'm starting a developmental project that involves creating a brand-new game engine, programming language, and a third-person God of War-style game

Why do you need to create a new language? What is your background and ability to manage the team and production?

I think you forgot the part where you post the experience you have in any one of those fields. Then followed up by why you have to create a programming language of all things to make this game.

i kinda want to know where they pulled their numbers from for the number of people they need and why the wide criss-cross of tech needed

You might need about 15 tech support later on.

Also, you need at least 33 shader programmers if you want to make a God of War style game, especially for the graphics.

That would be a massive team comparable to what a big studio might have. Are you just randomly looking for developers for something else?

These guys will have to do the hardcore programming, probably. Using variables and all that stuff.
