Does anyone know of any free or cheap c/c++ library that specialise in video and audio. Including hotspots for the screen to use for roll over buttons etc.. Not Directx or Opengl thougjh Thanks

SDL does video, OpenAL does audio, and there are loads of other libraries if you do a search for "game programming libraries" in Google or something. ClanLib is one other that comes to mind. As for wanting ''hotspots'', well, that''s a pretty specific application and libraries don''t tend to get specific. Maybe one of the SDL add-on libraries will help.
