Brief description:
[color="#000000"][color="#1C2837"]This game is a throw back to the 80's in game play style. It is a simple top down scroller rpg that will closely resemble "Wasteland".
The concept and story line are being developed and follow the three act format. Most of the game plan is in a notebook but a concept
[color="#1C2837"]document should be ready by next week and available for qualified and interested parties. There are many entertaining components
[color="#1C2837"]that will go into this game and it will be very fun to play. Especially for gamers that grew up in that era and enjoyed Wasteland.
[color="#1C2837"]
[color="#1C2837"]The concept and pre-production were started last month.
The game engine template is under development and should make level design a snap.
[color="#1C2837"]I may attach a pitch document to this thread, but I'm not going to release the concept or design docs to the public.
[color="#1C2837"]
[color="#1C2837"]Target aim: [color="#1C2837"]To complete the game. We can decide what to do with it after it is done.
[color="#1C2837"]
[color="#1C2837"]Compensation: [color="#1C2837"]Lets share the profits if the game sells. (based on level of involvement and contribution)
[color="#1C2837"]
[color="#1C2837"]Technology: [color="#1C2837"]Target platform: PC
[color="#1C2837"]This game is being developed with Game Maker 8.0 pro.
[color="#1C2837"]It uses simple 2d top down sprite graphics and character encounter animations.
[color="#1C2837"]
