Brief description:
Inceptor Games has been together for at least 1 month. Members from the group have actually started meeting up in GAMESDEV.NET in one post forum last month and decided to start up another group and went from there. The group is very mature and are coding the program as we speak. There are 19 members for our group. I am also one of them who is the storywriter for our first game.

For a project of this nature, it'd be hard to prove that people have put in their solid share of effort in order to split revenue (of which there will be none). I think compensation is only good if you have distinct, clearly defined tasks that can be given to people, otherwise things could get messy.
