[color="#1C2837"]Brief description:
The project is a 2D sidescrolling game set in the future where humans and aliens coexist with eachother....however the humans still treat the aliens as trash. The main character is an alien escapee from a prison with some extraordinary powers and move sets. The game takes you through his journey to create and lead a rebel alien army to overthrow their human oppressors using a multitude of abilities.
More content is being thought of for this game and we need more people to help make this a reality. With the right team work and dedication this game definitely has the potential to be very cool.
Target aim:
The game as of now is planned to be made as freeware. However later on more premium options could be made to make the game a little profitable.
Compensation:
There wont be any pay for now as this is only a project for fun. However as discussed earlier once we add premium options the profit off that could be used as compensation.
Technology:
The game will be made for the PC. DirectX9 and C++ will be the main technologies used to make this game. Because of that having knowledge of both will be beneficial.
Skype will be used to communicate with eachother.
Also, download TeamViewer so that we are able to see eachothers computer screens and be able to help and interact with each other.
Talent needed:
Programmers and Artists are both needed. As discussed earlier DirectX9 and C++ knowledge is helpful. Even if you think you dont have enough knowledge of both dont worry...this is also a learning experience so you'll be able to get help and learn new things from other group members.
Team structure:
Programmers:
