Team name:
Rosegold

Brief description:
It's a blend of many types of games, including RPG, point and click adventure, and puzzle games.

Target aim:
The plan is retail!

Compensation:
A small portion of profits/experience/ability to see a game to completion and work with two industry programmers.

Technology:
Python, Renpy

Talent needed:
One professional programmer who can script some things for us. I need some puzzles (very simple puzzles, programming wise), a farmville-like game, and a platformer with 4 levels scripted. They must be completed in 3 weeks.

Team structure:
The team is made up, currently of 6 core people. Both programmers have experience in the industry, one is currently working full time as a programmer, and one used to and now does not. One of the artists is an undergrad student of animation, the other is a graduate, and we have two more on an as-needed basis who works full-time as a game artist. The last two in the core team are writers who have written professionally. The reason we are doing this is to allow the team programmers to complete other parts of the game.

Website:
We're in the process of creating a new site, but it's not up yet.

Contacts:
hiring@rosegoldgames.com
Please include any related credentials and flat rate pricing for everything. We're short on time, so we're looking to hire someone by Monday.

Previous Work by Team:
We've done one short practice typing game in Java, and completed all of the art for a second game that is being programmed by a Java professional. This is a third game. Those who have worked in the industry have shipped titles as well, but this is our third game as a group.

Additional Info:
--You must be 18+.
--You must be able to finish everything in 3 weeks. The puzzle stuff shouldn't take but a day or two.
--You must have IMPECCABLE English language skills and consistent, regular contact.
--There may be another task, but that depends.

Feedback:
None.

Hey, I just tried to e-mail you at the address given and that didn't work, so I'm posting to express my interest. I can be reached at avalaera@gmail.com.

What exactly would the low-mid level Python programmer have to do? I did read the original post, but I'm not sure if it is completely updated based on your later posts which seem to imply that you did find a Python programmer for the things listed in the original post, but are now looking for yet another.
