We're really excited about what might happen in 2012, we're planning on developing some kickass games this year! If you are interested in making fun and interesting games (that actually get released) then carry on reading.
Brief description:
We're working with Adobe Molehill technology to bring exciting and engaging game experiences to PC, Mac, Linux, and mobile (iOS, Android, Blackberry Playbook). What we're looking for is two programmers to work with us over the coming year who want to contribute their excitement and energy for writing high quality games that appeal to the masses.
Target aim:
We are 100% committed to bringing our work to retail on mobile platforms. Our ultimate aim is to just write fun games, so if you share the same enthusiasm for our craft as us then you'll fit in nicely!
Compensation:
We wouldn't ask for your time without offering you fair compensation. Whether you want to be paid a fixed fee or a revenue share, we're open for discussion. We're not looking to rip anyone off, whatever you need in exchange for your contribution, let's sort it out up front.
Technology:
Actionscript 3.0, Adobe AIR for Mobile, Flash Builder 4.6, Stage3D / Molehill (OpenGL ES).
Talent needed:
2x Junior Actionscript programmers. Basic Actionscript 3 competence will be necessary. Ideal candidates will also have experience working with Actionscript game engines such as Flixel, PushButton Engine, etc. What we really want is a few guys who are really motivated to learn and make something awesome with us. Regardless of your experience with Actionscript, if you think you've got skills then please apply!
Team structure:
You will be working alongside two other developers, a graphic artist and myself (technical / programmer). We both have loads of experience to share around, so if you want to learn some new tricks, or just want to join a team with a decent dose of ambition, we want to hear from you.
