Google 'release date' feature
Another useful trick is to type "ip" into the search bar - tells you what your IP is. Much better than hunting around in Control Panel

Are you in the US? Because I have a feeling you're getting more love from Google than I am

[s]I'm in the US, and I don't get the IP thing.[/s]
[s]I'm fairly sure they roll out new features to groups of users at a time, until they are sure it works correctly.[/s]
Ah, I mistakenly was on google.ee still after following your other link. Google.com has the IP shown. Sweet, that'll save me time - normally I just use whatismyip.com
As a very weird humorous aside, I'm not the only one who uses this computer, and when typing in "Whatismyip" Google Chrome auto-suggested (based on prior searches), "[what] does possum eating plants look like?"
I didn't know there were plants that eat possums.

Actually, as it turns out, it doesn't. You only get that, because you default to google.us. I need to go to google.co.uk to enable the services in question. Just sayin'
