VMM(01) + 000018B8 error?!

im working on a game thats coming along great, except sometimes it will crash with an error like: Fault Location: 0028:C00028B8 Faulting Component: VMM(01) + 000018B8 Interrupts in service: None ive searched the internet for some type of explanation, but have only found similar errors, but none like mine. any ideas?? - jeremaih http://fakemind.com

Searching Google for "VMM(01) error"
immediately gave this result:

Were "x" is any number

Caused by a bad ram chip.

Other Problems:
Bad cache ram (on the mother board).
If you are using an AMD chip make sure the Voltage is set properly (normally 2.2v).
CPU overheating (replace your CPU fan if it has quit) or get a Golden Orb Fan (they will reduce CD temp by 20 to 40%.

Win ME

While running some games in WinME you could receive the VMM(01) and other various VMM errors.

Try disabling some of the programs loading on Startup.
Run: msconfig.exe and disable all programs under Startup except
SystemTray, and TaskManager. If the system works they try adding programs back to see which one is causing the problem.
