The new release of Diligent Engine is out! The major feature of this release is Vulkan support on Android that provides major performance improvement for Mobile platforms. The release also includes long-requested C API and a set of API improvements and bug fixes.

The automatically generated zip/tarball files on https://github.com/DiligentGraphics/DiligentEngine/releases are useless because they don't include submodules.

@a light breeze Yes, zip archives are not very useful when there are submodules. The releases serve more like stable version tags.
