Apple ordered to not block Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, but Fortnite to stay off App Store.

New temporary injunction - Epic gets to keep developing Unreal Engine for Apple products, while the Fortnite issue is litigated. “Epic Games and Apple are at liberty to litigate against each other, but their dispute should not create havoc to bystanders,” - the judge.

So developers can continue as usual while Apple and Epic argue. Next hearing September 28th, on whether Fortnite stays off Apple's store. Judge says this is not a “slam dunk” for either side.
