Here is a tech demo created with Vivid3D, called Super Space Invaders.

Despite being a traditional space invaders clone, it is 3D, not sprites/2D. Feel free to try, it's a free download.

How did you get hold on that trademark?

beginner hobbyist 3d modeler, learning the rest at a snail's pace.
