adjust local nodes in animation?

Hi,

I managed to retarget my model and calculated my inverse bind matrices; and in Blender they look correct.

Now in the glb file, my animation are still set to the former model and the net result is my new model uses the original skeleton size. It looks right but the scale is off. That is wrong. What is the best way to adjust my animation to fit my new model?

May the inverse bind matrix be of help? Stuck.
