No specific problem I would really like help from someone who knows more than myself to look over some character stat sheets.
Character Stat sheets

I’d be happy to take a look. Could you share the stat sheets and a little context about the game—such as the combat system, what each stat controls, and the kind of character progression you want? Without that context, it may be difficult to tell whether a value is balanced or serving the intended playstyle.

Just feel free to share it
Thanks for sharing these. I can’t judge the exact numerical balance without knowing the damage formulas, enemy baselines, party size, turn system, and how Ether, Pyro and Stamina regenerate.
A few clarity issues stood out on a first pass: Dørle’s 230 Defense is a very large outlier, yet his passive requires three critical hits while his critical chance is only 2.4%; Breaker Sphere lists up to three targets but describes hitting four; and several abilities use terms such as “greatly,” “varies,” or “low base multipliers” without defining the value or duration.
The character roles do feel distinct, which is a good starting point. I would make every effect measurable and test the same small encounter with each character before adjusting the numbers.

Sorry I thought I wrote a response. I'm still learning a lot of this though, and completely open to hearing how to figure and make this right. How do come up with my formulas, I've learned it's always different for each game. But if you have places or people who teach this kind of stuff well
