Hi everyone,
I've just released Galaxy Duel (a.k.a. Friendship's StarWar), a fast local-multiplayer space duel I've been building with my own C++ engine. Two players fight on a single screen: dodge, pick a weapon, blast the other ship, and race to 5 points.
What's in the game:
1v1 local multiplayer — two players, one device (touch on mobile, keyboard on desktop)
Three weapons: Rocket, Plasma blaster, and Nuke (with limited ammo)
Destructible power-up capsules — energy restore, extra plasma, extra nukes
A timed force-field shield at the start of each life
Screen shake, particle explosions, and a tight game feel I've been tuning for a while
Play it free, no install:Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.grom.fsw
Why I'm posting here: this is a hobby project and I'd love honest gamedev feedback — game feel, weapon balance, controls, difficulty, anything that felt off or fun. What would you change? What made you rage or smile? All feedback is welcome, especially from people who make games. Thanks for giving it a shot!
