I built two free browser tools for developers who need game audio but don’t want music and sound design to become a second project. You shouldn’t need to be a musician just because you’re making a game.
CHIP QUEST starts an 8-bit BGM track from a genre and scene. You can regenerate or lock parts, make basic note edits, and export WAV or MIDI.
CHIP SFX makes short 8-bit effects such as coins, jumps, lasers, and menu sounds. You can compare variations, adjust pitch, length, sweep, and grit, then export WAV or ZIP.
Both tools are rule-based and run in the browser. There is no AI subscription or API credit bill. Exported audio can be used in commercial games under the terms on each tool page.

If you try them in a game prototype or jam, I’d be interested in which controls get you to a usable sound quickly and what still slows you down.
