Do you mean tutorials on programming one, or creating the images for one?
Either way, you best bet is to go to www.google.com and do some searches, but if you know how to draw a cube, then you already know how to make a skybox! That''s what I did: I just started writing my own, no tutorials needed. But, whatever works for you.
