Preview before post

I think that being able to preview your post (see what it looks like and proofread it) before actually having it posted would greatly help! A lot of the time when I post something, I realize that I could have worded things a lot different, or that some things just don''t make any sense. Alternatively, you could actually read your post before
pressing ''reply''. If that is too much, there is always
the edit button. If that fails, reboot, then reinstall windows
and AOL.

It would be useful for finding mistakes like forgetting to close a tag or something. But as far as proofreading goes, why can''t you read it after you write it before replying?

Exactly. And, it looks nicer being able to preview your text from a forum rather than a white background on a text box, or at least it does to me. This white background and ugly font hurts my eyes!

So, when can it be done?

If you look through past suggestions, you''ll see that this is something we''ll probably do eventually, but it''s not a priority since you *can* go back and edit your posts.

True. Although, it is faster if we could just preview it and make it perfect before sending, it also looks better than seeing a million [Edited] lines like I sometimes see
